Weichert Loudoun Commercial Advisors, is part of the Weichert Mid Atlantic Commerical Division.

Our group of Commercial Practioners is lead by Rich Blessing, Executive Director. He is an Advanced Commercial Advisor and Team Leader at Weichert CRE.
​
We service the growing Northern Virginia commercial market. Additionally, we have Commercial offices in Alexandria and Maryland.

Richard (Rich) R. Blessing III

Rich Blessing is the Executive Director of Weichert Loudoun Commercial Advisors in Ashburn, Virginia. Blessing focuses on office, flex, light industrial, retail, land development and medical office space in Loudoun and Western Fairfax Counties.

 

Before Weichert, Blessing worked as a Commercial Broker at C21 Commercial Redwood Realty. There he achieved designations as a Commercial Investment Network Specialist and an Advanced Commercial Advisor.

 

Blessing serves as an Officer at the Dulles Area Association of Realtors assisting as the Vice President of Finance / Treasurer.

 

Blessing is the Co-Founder of the Loudoun County Commercial Real Estate Group. The LCCRE is the only organization in Loudoun County that gathers commercial real estate professionals to discuss current property “have and wants”: this is where many off-market properties are presented to the members. Additionally, Blessing belongs to the commercial real estate-focused Mid Atlantic Real Estate Marketing Association based in Tyson’s Corners.

 

Blessing has over 35 years of business experience and holds a Masters of Business Administration from the LeBow College of Business at Drexel University. Past volunteer positions include Vice President, Education and Technology, Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce; Executive Committee Member; Northern Virginia Regional Partnership; Advisory Board Member, Old Dominion University, Northern Virginia Center; and President of the Ashburn Girls Softball League.

 

Blessing has been featured in Knowledge Management WorldInsight Magazine, Entrepreneur Magazine, and The Washington Post.
